About Our Service

What exactly do you do?

We come to your yard on your scheduled day, thoroughly remove all dog waste, and haul it away. Your yard is left clean - no bags, no smell, no hassle.

Do I need to be home?

No! Most of our customers aren't home during service. We just need safe access to your yard and your dog secured (inside or in a separate area) during the visit. If you have a gate code, we'll use it and secure the gate when we leave.

How often do you come?

You choose what works for your family:

  • Weekly: 4 visits per month (best for 2+ dogs)
  • Bi-Weekly: 2 visits per month

What days do you service?

We service Monday through Friday. Your specific day depends on your neighborhood's route. We'll let you know your scheduled day after signup.

What about holidays?

If your service day falls on a major holiday, we'll service you the next business day.

Can I lower my monthly rate?

Yes — through Pack Perks. Refer an active neighbor and earn $5/month off your bill per active pack member, up to $25/month. With 5 active pack members, weekly service drops to $65/month and bi-weekly to $45/month. The credit applies while your pack members stay active — if one cancels, it could drop off, and comes back if they return.

What if I cancel and come back later?

If you cancel and sign up again later, you'll be subject to whatever pricing is current at that time. Consider pausing your service instead if you need a temporary break — pausing preserves your place on the route and your Pack Perks credits.

Are there per-dog fees?

No! One pack, one price. We charge a flat rate regardless of how many dogs you have. Got 5 dogs? Same price as 1.

Do you charge more for large yards?

Our flat rate covers your dog's regular-use areas on standard residential lots up to one acre, with no surprise residential lot-size upcharges. If your property is larger than an acre or unusual, you're still welcome, just reach out and we'll send a quick custom quote.

Is there a contract?

Absolutely not. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime with no fees or hassle.

How do I pay?

You're billed monthly via credit card. Your first visit is FREE, with $0 due at signup. You're on a free trial right up to that first cleanup, and billing only starts the day after it, then continues monthly. How does Pack Perks work?

Customers earn $5/month off for each active pack member, up to $25/month with 5 active pack members. If a pack member cancels, that $5 could drop off — and comes back if they return.

What is a Pack Leader?

A Pack Leader is a customer with five or more active pack members. Pack Leaders receive the maximum Pack Perks monthly credit of $25/month.

Is Pack Perks a one-time credit?

No — it's recurring. The credit applies every month while your pack members stay active paying subscribers.

Yard Access Policy

Yard Access

Fenced or Clearly Defined Yards

A fenced yard is ideal. If your yard isn't fenced, just point us to your dog's regular-use area at signup so we know exactly where to clean. Either way, your dog should be secured during the visit.

  • Fenced backyards (preferred)
  • Unfenced yards with a clearly defined dog-use area
  • Front or side yards your dog regularly uses
  • Multiple areas (just tell us where at signup)

Gate Access

If you have a locked gate, please provide us with the code during signup. We will:

  • Use only the code you provide
  • Secure the gate exactly as we found it
  • Never share your code with anyone outside our team

Access Issues

If we cannot access your yard (gate locked without code, car blocking path, etc.):

  1. We'll attempt to contact you
  2. If we can't reach you, we'll note it and reschedule
  3. Repeated access issues may affect scheduling

Your Dog During Service

For everyone's safety, including your dog's, please secure your dog during our visit. Keep them inside, crated, or in a separate area away from where we're cleaning.

  • This protects our crew and your dog, and keeps your visit on schedule.
  • If a dog is loose when we arrive, our crew will skip that visit for safety. We'll let you know, and regular billing applies since we made the trip.
  • Aggressive or anxious dogs must be secured indoors during service.

Keeping Your Yard Serviceable

To do a thorough job, we need the dog-use area reasonably maintained. Please keep the grass mowed and the area clear of heavy overgrowth, weeds, or debris that would hide waste or block access. If conditions prevent a safe, quality cleanup, we'll clean what we safely can and let you know. Scat Pack is a pet waste removal service, not a lawn-care service.

Weather & Cancellation Policy

Weather Policy

Rain or Shine

A little rain doesn't stop us! We're out there in most weather conditions because your yard doesn't stop producing waste just because it's drizzly.

Extreme Weather Exceptions

We may delay service for safety reasons during:

  • Active lightning in the area
  • Flooding or standing water in yards
  • Ice storms making travel dangerous
  • Other hazardous conditions

If We Miss Your Day

If we can't service due to weather, we'll make it up on the next available day at no extra charge. No credits needed - we'll just come as soon as conditions allow.

Cancellation Policy

No Contracts, Ever

Cancel anytime - we don't believe in locking you in. Simply contact us and we'll stop service at the end of your current billing period.

  • No cancellation fees
  • No early termination penalties
  • No hassle

Pausing Service (Recommended for Breaks)

Going on vacation? Moving temporarily? Pause your service instead of canceling:

  • Let us know the dates you'll be away
  • We'll pause billing during that time
  • Resume automatically when you're back
  • Your Pack Perks credits are preserved!

You can pause through your customer portal or by contacting us directly.
