SMS/Text Messaging

SMS/text messaging is an optional service. You consent to receive SMS messages from Scat Pack only by actively checking the SMS opt-in box during signup, or by enabling SMS notifications in your customer portal. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using our service. If you opt in, messages may include:

Service reminders and scheduling notifications
Crew arrival and service completion alerts
Account and billing notifications
Responses to your inquiries

Message frequency varies based on your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by turning off SMS notifications in your customer portal, or by contacting us directly. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

We do not share your mobile phone number or any mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely for service-related communications from Scat Pack.

Service crew members who need your address and gate code to perform service
