Service Requirements

A fenced yard is preferred. For unfenced properties, the customer designates a clearly marked, regular dog-use area where service is performed.
Service covers your dog's regular-use areas on lots up to one (1) acre at the flat rate. Larger properties are welcome with a quick custom quote.
Safe, unobstructed access is required on service days, including gate codes or keys where applicable; if the area cannot be safely accessed, service may be rescheduled.
Extreme weather conditions may delay scheduled service.

Yard Condition & Serviceability

To perform a thorough, quality cleanup, the service area must be reasonably maintained: grass mowed to a normal residential height and free of excessive weeds, overgrowth, debris, or standing water that would conceal waste or block safe access. Scat Pack is a pet waste removal service, not a lawn-care or landscaping service.
If conditions outside our control (overgrowth, weeds, debris, or hazards) prevent a complete or safe cleanup, Scat Pack may clean only the safely accessible areas, skip or reschedule the visit, or pause service until the area is maintained. We cannot guarantee locating all waste in tall grass or overgrown areas, and no credit is issued for visits limited by yard conditions outside our control.
Scat Pack reserves the right to assess any property and to decline, pause, or adjust service for properties that cannot be serviced to our quality and safety standards.

Subscription Terms

All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled; by subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method
No long-term contracts required
Cancel anytime through your customer portal or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and stops future billing, with no cancellation fee (except the Initial Cleanup Fee described below, where applicable)

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every visit with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we miss something on a scheduled visit, let us know within 48 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional charge.

Free First Cleanup & Initial Cleanup Fee

Your first cleanup is provided at no charge (a $99.99 value, reflecting the extra labor an initial cleanup requires). It is a one-time offer tied to starting recurring service, and it is earned once your first monthly recurring payment is successfully charged.

If your first recurring payment is not successfully charged for any reason (cancellation before it processes, card decline, or payment failure), or if your first paid visit does not happen because of repeated rescheduling or postponement on your end, you authorize Scat Pack to charge the payment method on file a one-time Initial Cleanup Fee of $99.99 for the free cleanup already performed. We will try to reach you first. This reflects the actual value of the work performed and is not a penalty.

The free first cleanup is available once per household or property. If a free first cleanup was provided before without recurring service following it, future service may require prepayment of the first visit or may be declined.

Pack Perks Referral Credits

Pack Perks is our referral program. When someone you refer signs up through your referral link and becomes an active paying customer (an “Active Pack Member”), you receive a recurring credit of $5/month per Active Pack Member, up to $25/month (5 Active Pack Members). Credits:

apply only while the referred customer maintains active, paid service;
adjust automatically — a credit is removed if a referred customer cancels, pauses, or fails payment, which increases your monthly rate accordingly;
are non-transferable, have no cash value, and apply to your recurring subscription only (not add-ons, one-time fees, or the Initial Cleanup Fee).

Referred customers receive their first cleanup free, subject to the Free First Cleanup terms above. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals may result in forfeiture of credits. Scat Pack may modify or discontinue Pack Perks at any time; changes will not retroactively remove credits already active for current Active Pack Members.

SMS/Text Message Terms

SMS/text messaging is an optional, opt-in service. You consent to receive SMS messages from Scat Pack only by actively checking the SMS opt-in box during signup, or by enabling SMS notifications in your customer portal. It is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in, the following terms apply:

Consent: You consent to receive automated SMS messages related to your service, including scheduling reminders, crew arrival notifications, service completion alerts, and account updates.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule (typically 1-4 messages per week).
Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

No Sharing: Your mobile phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
