Scat Pack SMS / Text Message Program
Scat Pack Pet Waste Removal, LLC sends optional text-message notifications to customers who opt in. Texting is never required to buy or use our service. This page explains the program and how to opt in or out.
How to opt in
You opt in one of two ways, and consent is never a condition of purchase:
- Check the “Text me service updates” box when you sign up at scatpackclt.com/signup. The box is unchecked by default. The exact language you agree to is:
“Text me service updates (on-the-way alerts and visit reminders) from Scat Pack at this number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
- Or enable SMS notifications in your Scat Pack customer portal.
What we send
Account and service notifications only. This is not a marketing or promotional program. Messages include:
- A welcome message when you start service
- Service-day reminders the day before a scheduled visit
- “On the way” alerts when our crew is en route
- Service-completion confirmations
- Payment notifications (for example, a failed-payment retry)
- Replies to questions you send us (customer care)
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule (typically 1 to 4 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, email [email protected], or turn off SMS notifications in your customer portal.
Your privacy
We do not share your mobile phone number or any mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the service-related messages above. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
